Baker by day and night. (Seriously, I am a pastry chef so I literally bake day and night)


My philosophy is that food is art. Interactive art that you can see, smell, touch, and most importantly taste! (hopefully you can’t hear the food, otherwise I think you’ve got bigger problems on your hands) Food is important, more so than just acquiring one’s daily nutritional needs to function but is something that should be celebrated and experienced, especially delicious baked goods. Some of my happiest memories revolve around food. When I smell gingerbread cookies I can see my grandmother in her kitchen, feel the cane weave chair on my back, taste the red hot candies that I always used to steal when I thought she wasn’t looking. Every taste evokes a memory.

I believe that people should always be open to food, trying anything and everything, creating memories that they will share. So have your cake and eat it too!
